Meetings
Contain documents such as agendas, minutes and annexes. To keep an orderly structure every meeting is put into a folder named the date of the meeting. Ex.: 09.01.16-18
The folder needs to be named as Year-Month-Date (yyyy.mm.dd) in order to sort it in ascending/descending order
EVS
It will contain all documents related to EVS' volunteers. They will each have a folder where they can store files.
Reports
Contain reports made by NC such as the mapping to various reports used in our work
Application
Containing files in relation to our financial support received from NORDBUK and other funds.
SC-Alliance
Contain documents from the Members Meeting to various documents about or in relation to the Alliance
Projects
Contain files and folders with our common activities and projects.
